Trump's Granddaughter Receives Expert Tips from Golf Legend Woods Prior to LPGA Debut

Young golfer preparing for major tournament

The rising star boasts substantial social media presence

The young golfer can count on multiple well-known supporters as she makes her professional golf debut this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, was granted a sponsor's invitation to participate at the Annika tournament in the Sunshine State.

The former president, a passionate golfer, operates several courses worldwide and regularly plays against his granddaughter.

"He's pretty good. I shouldn't elaborate but we play competitive games," she revealed.

She mentioned that Trump, unable to come, counseled her: "Simply don't get nervous."

"My grandpa basically advised me to play and enjoy myself," she added.

"From my perspective, he's simply an ordinary family member. He can't make it for the tournament. He's occupied with running the country, so he's somewhat preoccupied."

As an amateur, Kai has participated in only three events this year and has position 461 in AJGA standings.

But she's able to get advice from Tiger Woods, who is dating Kai's mother.

"He is the best player in the world," Kai stated.

"And he's a superior individual. He advised me to play, have fun, and go with whatever happens."

She'll challenge some of top competitors in professional golf at the competition, including second-ranked Nelly Korda, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers commented that Kai's presence brings the sport to wider groups, specifically among the next generation.

The young star has millions of followers and has started her own clothing and lifestyle company.

She begins at 17:30 GMT.
